Refund and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important for us. We will give a full refund on items returned within 30 days of receipt. The exception to this is bespoke pieces and fabrics cut to order, where refund will only be given if there is a fault with the piece. All items must be returned in original condition and insured to full value with package and postage paid. Please contact us on office@antikes-flucher.at with your intent to return within 14 days of receipt of your item. Refunds will usually be given in the manner that the product was paid for. We do not refund postage costs unless there was a fault with the item. Be aware that we charge any extraordinary fees (f.e. Customs duty).

In any case of undeliverability and the resulting return shipment (f.e. you are not able to take your parcel from post office) we will charge the return shipping costs and any extraordinary fees (f.e. Customs duty).
